| Global Managed Services implemented a new AP module for their back office operations. The year long project went live in April and basically is designed to streamline the disbursements to the GMS Alliance Suppliers. The module sets the stage for payments by EFT to suppliers this summer. A future enhance will enable Alliance Suppliers to inquire about outstanding payments via the web and this is planned for Q4 of 2006 or early 2007. |

| First Clinical Program Goes Live |

| Global Managed Services successfully completes the rollout of its first clinical engagement. The managed staffing program customized for a hospital environment includes traveling nurses, per diem nurses, administrative and professional staff. The entire implementation was completed in less than 90 days and includes a VMS Technology fully integrated into the clients existing time collection system. |

| Leading Electronics Manufacturer Program Goes Live |

| Global Managed Services initiates a nationwide onsite program for a leading electronic manufacturer in North America. Headquarter northern New Jersey, the program covers multiple locations for temporary staff and project outsourcing and a wide variety of skills. The GMS service includes the full deployment of a VMS technology which is integrated into the clients purchasing platform. It is expected to take at least one year to complete the ongoing program adoption cycles and headcount in the program is expected to exceed 1000 contractors. |

| Large Energy Company Program Goes Live Ahead of Schedule |

| Global Managed Services went live one month earlier than planned with managed staffing program with a VMS tool for a major energy company in the Northeast. The program based in New York, covers temporary labor in New York and New England and includes delivery of skills in Admin & Clerical, IT, Engineering and Professional contractors. |
